The Recipe
Al Doha Basmati Rice
Wash Al Duha rice well with water, then soak it for fifteen minutes
Heat the ghee with the oil over medium heat, then put the cumin and coriander
Fennel, cloves, pepper, cinnamon, bay leaf and stir
Raise the rice with the boiling water and pour it over the mixture of spices for 3 minutes until a small spoonful of whole cloves.
Then add water to the rice until it boils
– Two large tablespoons (cumin – coriander – fennel – corn oil), then lower the heat and leave the rice on the stove for 20 minutes, until it is tender.
Pour the rice into the serving dish and decorate with nuts
The Components
– Four cups of basmati rice
– four tablespoons of ghee
– a tablespoon of salt
– two sticks of cinnamon
– a small spoonful of whole cloves
– a small spoonful of whole black pepper
– two bay leaves
– two large spoons (cumin – coriander – fennel – corn oil)
– six cups of water
– Fried nuts to decorate
